EDEP Overview
EDEP Cycle Dates
The mission of our Extended Day Program is to cultivate a vibrant extended family for students. Our goal is to create an environment that seamlessly blends excitement and fun with crucial developmental milestones. We strive to nurture individuality, instill a sense of self, and emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship.
To register for one of our programs, please get in touch with your school’s EDEP Manager. Registration dates vary by site, and most programs fill to capacity quickly. Visit the EDEP Availability page to learn more about each school’s program.
For registration information, please contact Mrs. Gilmore at lisa.gilmore@leonschools.net. If you are interested in enrolling in before and/or after school, before making any payments on e~funds.
IMPORTANT: Please note that registration forms alone do not hold spots in Extended Day. The registration fee holds your spot in Extended Day. Thank you.

The due date is the last day to make a payment without the penalty of a late fee.
Any payments made after the due date must include the $10.00 late fee in addition to the cycle fee. Fees may be paid prior to the due date to avoid late payment charges. Students will not be allowed to return to the program until payments and late fees are paid.
